"Emma got fit" and their associates do not offer any returns on the Emma Got Fit 1 Year Workout Plan & digital products due to the nature of the item. Once your payment goes through, your plan is automatically sent. If your download does not work, please contact us via email @ emmagotfit@gmail.com. We would be happy to send you a new link or file if needed.
Our memberships only area of our website contains the 30 Day Challenge Workout Plan Emma’s “WOD 30-15”. This plan is accessible through the website and consists of workout videos with descriptions underneath. Once your purchase has gone through, no returns will be granted as this product is accessible within seconds. You will not be charged any monthly fees- it is a one time payment. Your access does NOT expire and you can log in at any time to access your workouts. If for some reason there is a problem, please reach out to emmagotfit@gmail.com for assistance. We openly welcome any comments, suggestions and recommendations to make your experience the best it can be!
Our website currently mentions a no refund policy for our merchandise however if there is an issue, please reach out to us and we can try to rectify it together. We want you to love the program and your experience. We are here to support you as much as we can while navigating this online business.
Please note that any disputes after transactions have been made will be investigated with our anti-fraud software. Should any disputes arise that are dishonest and unlawful, your membership in our private Instagram community will be revoked until such a time that all expenses associated with such dispute are sent to emmagotfit to refund any losses.
Returns on physical products
Please contact emmagotfit@gmail.com if your product has is misprinted/damaged/defective within 30 days. Returns resulting from wrong sizing or buyers remorse will be at the cost of the purchaser. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping. Failure to pay any duties/taxes will be at the purchaser’s expense. Emma Got Fit will not be responsible for any taxes or duties and/or shipping related to failure to accept a parcel.
Membership access
Both Emma Got Fit 1 year Workout Program and the 30 Day Challenge Programs are digital downloads. a PDF printable is available with purchase. Membership to our website allows the purchaser to view videos of each workout for demonstration purposes only. Membership access has no expiry however should Emma Got Fit decide to discontinue the use of memberships - all members will be advised to switch over to a Private Instagram account or potentially another video service to access the videos. As a customer, you are agreeing that the purchase of such membership is for the PDF document along with videos- however which way they are made available. You will be granted minimum 30 days notice of any changes in membership status and options will be made available to you.
Privacy
"Emma got fit" and their associates respect your privacy and will not share your information unless authorized by law enforcement. We may. have to share information with our payment processing companies (PayPal and Stripe) as well as our third party wholesalers to help correct any disputes or errors. Your privacy is our priority and we will not sell your information to anyone.
